I love this thing! I've used it on the stovetop to sear a large cut of meat and then used the lid to finish it off in the oven. I was initially interested in working with the handles but once I got used to them I liked how they balance the pot when I'm carrying it full. Easy easy easy cleaning. I think this will be my new favorite.
