I like that Jones is a trusted software provider that will listen and adapt to your business needs. They are also very helpful and have a great team. Honestly, there isn't anything that I dislike about this product. I highly recommend Jones Business Solutions. It has been a great experience for our company. I can honestly say that there was never a time when I was not satisfied with their service. I know that we will continue to work together because they are the best. I have also found that I am able to get quick answers for many questions that I have. I also like that there is a way to stay in contact with them. I am able to make sure that they are on top of things. I am also able to make changes as needed. I like how they keep track with my billing cycle each month in order not have any mistakes after submitted payment it's all correct then when we receive our statement from them everything has been updated correctly! Nothing yet but if there were some issues i would definitely let everyone know because its good customer service as well! Very satisfied overall!! nothing really just keeping up w/ payments & getting statements out at least 2 weeks early!!
