Are you Hyperflash wtf!?

Very disappointing, they flash on a 2014 Toyota Venza and the bulbs get very hot and I didn't see the fan spin on either bulb. This is false advertising! I have the rear turn signal LEDs without the resistor and they don't flash excessively! It's been 3 years and they still work! but as soon as i installed them i got a hyperflare. This is on a 2014 Toyota Venza V6 LE.
