I love this ring! I have carefully read all the reviews on this seller's website and others about the ring. Beautifully and qualitatively made, the photo does not convey. It looks different in different lighting, since amber jewelry should be combined with rich shades of brown and red. The cameo is full size and appears in different creamy tones depending on the lighting. The ring is true to size. I wear and bought a size 8 and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend if you have questions about your ring size or swollen hands that you have your finger measured by a jeweler and also purchase a ring protector if it turns out to be a half size as they are on sale. In whole sizes and sizes, silver is a mistake, but especially on an open back frame like this. This is not a huge cameo, very graceful and attractive, but at the same time big enough and definitely unique enough to draw attention. This is by far one of my favorite rings and I will be looking for other similar rings to add to my cameo ring collection in the future.
