The ease of use, the user friendly interface, the ability to track inventory in multiple locations, the integration with other systems, the reporting capabilities, and the customer service. I have been very happy with eTAM so far. There are no downsides that I can think of right now. If you want to be able to manage your inventory, run reports for your business, and keep up with the day-to-day operations of your store, then eTAM is definitely worth looking into! We are solving several different problems at once - tracking inventory, shipping/receiving, managing employees, and keeping our customers informed.
