Review on Bonmedico Tapio Kinesiology Tape In Black For Injury Rehab, 6 Rolls Of Kinesiology Tape 2'' X 6Ft For Sports, Leisure, Physiotherapy & Medicine, Elastic Premium Kinesio Tape, Skin-Friendly Sports Tape by Jennifer Miller

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Very thin kinesiology tape

Over the last year, I've had some issues with my outer left knee and right foot (plantar fasciitis). My doctor eventually told me to try kinesiology tape. I did with much success. I have been using it for a little over a month and can't go even a day without it. I've tried a total of 4 brands. In this box you get 6 rolls of 2in wide tape. That's very convenient if you have to travel somewhere and want to bring one with you.Effectiveness - this is the thinnest tape I've come across so far. If I hadn't tried other brands I might not realize how thin it is. It didn't offer the really any support for my knee or foot.Adhesion - this tape started to come off within hours of it being on. I did not have that with any other brand. I made sure to rub the the tape paying special attention to the edges hoping to secure the adhesion.Ease of use - very easy to cut which might be due to the thinness. I usually pre-cut and curve the edges. Putting it on was very easy.I will probably keep this around as a backup to my others.
