Review on 🏠 Kasa Smart Light Switch HS200P3: 3-Pack with Alexa and Google Home Compatibility, No Hub Required by Kenneth Harris

I really like these switches. The only issue I had was that it was time for Alexa to recognize the name I gave the switches and turn them on and off with a voice command. I was told that she couldn't find a switch called xxxxxx. Everything worked perfectly during the installation, the setup of the KASA app and the setup of Alexa. The Alexa app even said I can now say on/off commands. I didn't find any fixes on Kasa, online or elsewhere that solved my problem until I figured out what the problem was. I have a wifi range extender at home and it's not a network node. So I set my switches to my main Wi-Fi network and found that my Revain Echo-Alexa was somehow connected to the range extender node and not my main Wi-Fi network. With this configuration, my Alexa couldn't find my switches because they were on different Wi-Fi networks. So except for "my problem" installing Switch 1, everything else went great. The Kasa app is great, setting the timers was very easy and controlling the lights and switches when you are not at home is very easy.
