Malfunction! Best in Spare parts
defect. Put a Sierra Cap and Rotor on my boat, it wouldn't start. I took it off, checked all the pin contacts and the rotor, the cables for the right socket, put it back on, it still won't start. I cleaned the old cover and rotor, installed the old one and the engine started right away. Bought in winter and installed after 4 months, therefore no return. Don't buy, look for a genuine part that works.
