I bought it in December 2019. The remote control is a nice feature, but only the volume buttons worked right off the bat. The rest of the buttons are just decoration for me. Not critical, but it would be nice if it worked as it should. My main issue is that after about 9 or 10 months the alarm volume is less than half of the original volume. When I first got it, it was LOUD. I mean LOUD. What I wanted. I put it outside in my shed after it was broken into and I could hear it blaring in my house. Now I can barely hear him from 20 feet away. He just lost the ability to "warn" me that someone is in my shed. Pros: Easy to install, initially works as intended. Cons: My remote never worked properly, no sound after a few months.
