I love how ciGma allows me to pull up past work in order make sure everything was good with an insurance policy when they request additional coverage as well have it accessible at my fingertips! This system has allowed us complete access of our carriers from anywhere we are without traveling far or taking extended breaks from office during busy hours. It would be helpful if each user received their own "user account" rather than linking through your main profile page so that you do not need someone else's login information every time there is activity relating to insurance files for another client/patient. The benefits include instant notification regarding upcoming needs such file uploads or requests; ability to save drafts & mark them saved instead of redoing entire process while having their input on documents being ready asap. I like that it's easy to use for both sales people as well as underwriters. It also allows us access from anywhere at anytime with no desktop software needed! Sometimes things do not update correctly when you are offline so be sure your internet connection stays up while using this system! This has helped our business grow tremendously because we have been able to reach everyone quickly regardless of their location or time zone.
