Great all-inclusive program which provides total visibility and flexibility

I love how ciGma allows me to pull up past work in order make sure everything was good with an insurance policy when they request additional coverage as well have it accessible at my fingertips! This system has allowed us complete access of our carriers from anywhere we are without traveling far or taking extended breaks from office during busy hours. It would be helpful if each user received their own "user account" rather than linking through your main profile page so that you do not need…

Pros
  • The ability to download and upload documents is helpful!
Cons
  • Sometimes when you log in, it doesn't log you out properly and you have to log out again to get that to work

Great all in one software package, especially if your just starting out

I like that it has everything I need to keep track of my business and customers. It was easy to set up and I love how simple it is to use when compared to other more complex systems. There are some things I dislike about it but they are easily fixed by contacting support. If you are looking for an easy to use system and don't want to spend a lot of money this is it! The ability to be able to communicate with my clients via email/phone as well as having access to their information from anywhere

Pros
  • Easy way in which we can manage our data without much hassle or frustration, very user friendly interface; ease at accessing customer info etc.and most importantly its free!! :) :D
Cons
  • Not too sure really..maybe just wish there were better options available if your not happy

Everything is in one place and always accessible

I like that it has everything you need to do your job well organized for easy access when needed! It also allows me flexibility with my schedule as far back tracking calls or emails are concerned without having them show up right after an event occurs so i can get work done at another time if necessary!! Nothing really but would be nice sometimes we have some issues come out of no where such us getting stuck behind someone else's email thread etc.. But not enough problems yet though this does…
