Review on CIGMA by Javarie Brumfield

I like that it has everything you need to do your job well organized for easy access when needed! It also allows me flexibility with my schedule as far back tracking calls or emails are concerned without having them show up right after an event occurs so i can get work done at another time if necessary!! Nothing really but would be nice sometimes we have some issues come out of no where such us getting stuck behind someone else's email thread etc.. But not enough problems yet though this does seem fixable now by just adding more resources (more people/support).
