Great all in one software package, especially if your just starting out
I like that it has everything I need to keep track of my business and customers.
It was easy to set up and I love how simple it is to use when compared to other more complex systems. There are some things I dislike about it but they are easily fixed by contacting support. If you are looking for an easy to use system and don't want to spend a lot of money this is it! The ability to be able to communicate with my clients via email/phone as well as having access to their information from anywhere is what makes this product great.
Pros
- Easy way in which we can manage our data without much hassle or frustration, very user friendly interface; ease at accessing customer info etc.and most importantly its free!! :) :D
Cons
- Not too sure really..maybe just wish there were better options available if your not happy
