Easy to clean, can be cooked without oil and nothing burns! Cheese, chicken, hamburgers, eggs, potatoes, everything was cooked on my without oil and none of it got stuck! Very easy to care for and very light. ATTENTION! Do not purchase this item if you enjoy cleaning pots that food gets stuck to. If you like cleaning dirty pans from baked foods, this isn't the pan for you. Since nothing really sticks to it, you can wash it in about 30 seconds, leaving you crying for the rest of the night because you can't spend it cleaning that gross pan. NEVER use cooking spray on it! under all circumstances. Cooking spray will ruin it and make EVERYTHING sticky. Liquid oil is good, but spray is not. Never pour water into this pan to clean it until it is COMPLETELY cool. If you haven't put your hand on it yet, don't pour water on it yet. And don't overheat the pan while cooking. Heat it up on medium-high. It's an aluminum pan, so it's light and doesn't take that kind of heat. If you want to cook at a temperature as hot as the sun, buy an iron skillet, not this one. This is for simplicity, low maintenance, lower temperature and efficient cooking.
