Great way to keep track and archive documents securely

I like that this software is easy enough so anyone can use without having an IT department help them out at all! There are some things you need more training in but overall its pretty simple once your familiarized yourself w/it - we've been using since 2013 now & have had no issues or problems as of yet :) We're able solve our own document storage needs by just uploading stuff into folders instead if needing separate accounts which was cumbersome before doing away from traditional file cabinets / filing systems etc..

Pros

Upload documents directly through website for better organization + control over content files within CMS itself rather than relying solely upon other programs such Microsoft Word(s) when working remotely; much easier process plus less errors while producing similar output results compared against MS Office 365 program alone
