The best thing is that they have a lot of features like video recording which was not available in other softwares we had tried before this one. Also there are some options where you can add notes or annotations while uploading an image file as well. I like that this software is easy enough so anyone can use without having an IT department help them out at all! There are some things you need more training in but overall its pretty simple once your familiarized yourself w/it - we've been using since 2013 now & have had no issues or problems as of yet :) We're able solve our own document storage needs by just uploading stuff into folders instead if needing separate accounts which was cumbersome before doing away from traditional file cabinets
