Garbage bags come in 3 rolls, 60 bags total. All rolls are packed in plastic bags upon arrival. Each roll is secured with an adhesive tab to keep it from unwinding until the first roll is used making it very easy to use. The garbage bags have a drawstring to tie, which is of sufficient quality and easy to use. The pockets themselves are quite flimsy and will likely break under too much weight depending on what is put inside. In most cases this weight limit should not be reached as these are not huge bags. The size is perfect for small bins or just for portable use in a car or something. I used to have 4 gallon trash bags and they are a lot bigger than this. You can easily use them in a 4 gallon trash can, but they are more like 6 gallon trash cans. Overall, I can recommend these garbage bags because of the good price and the quite good quality.
