There are plenty of features that I like about this software but what would make me switch completely away from another solution is something not being here today in addition there really isn't anything else at 100% as good right now either! We're using it for our sales team so we've been able use their templates/flows which makes everything way easier when first getting started since they have them ready made instead having you build those things yourself or figuring out how to implement certain flow items etc - especially considering most other solutions require more hours setting up than writing code!! As stated above some great new upgrades such has custom fields were recently added along many others making us look forward even further into seeing additional updates coming down soon too. I like that I can easily make changes to my proposals as they go through the approval process. It is easy to set up templates for different types of contracts and agreements. The email notifications are not user friendly. They are very detailed and it takes a lot of scrolling to get to where you want to be. There should be an easier way for users to navigate from one section of the agreement to another. I have been able to streamline our contract approval process by using this product.
