Since the bike is under warranty, I turned to the official representative of Schwinn with a request to replace the seat. In the warranty card, the seat is not a consumable item, and it is also indicated that the Company guarantees the replacement of original components and parts of bicycles in case of defects in the material of a low-quality product with similar new products of good quality. The representative refused to replace the seat, referring to the fact that the seat is a consumable item and this is its normal life! Are you serious, 4 months is a normal lifespan? I did not expect such quality from Schwinn, on a 2022 bike before that for 3 years there were no problems, including with a saddle, in general, an overpayment for the brand!
