Review on 🚴 NiteRider Handlebar Clampmount: Illuminate Your Ride with Lumina or Mako Series! by Ruben Jamrock

Revainrating 5 out of 5

1 flashlight, 3 bikes for flashlights and reflectors

Two advantages of the Lumina 650 are a fairly long runtime and USB charging. With a couple of mounts, I can do a pre-dawn training ride and then turn on the lights on my bike for city rides. At work, I just charge the flashlight and use it on an evening pizza trip with my family. For very large diameter handlebars (31.8mm) you may need to unscrew the wing nut almost completely. Still, it compresses tight enough to fit true to size. Do not worry. If it didn't damage my very fancy carbon fiber steering wheel, it's unlikely to damage yours. To update. After several people have asked me about the fit, here are a few things to be aware of: * You can remove the rubber pad to allow the mount to wrap around the bar. In this case, simply wrap a few layers of tape around the stem to protect it from scuffs and to stabilize the mount. *Most carbon handlebars have a mount right next to the stem. Anything outside of this area must not be mounted, especially around oval tubes. It's not my fault if you ruin your $300 steering wheel by pinching it. *You don't need those super tight pants to function well. In fact, you want it to be slack enough that it can roll out of the way in a crash.
