I bought this pan because my cake got stuck in my other tall pan. The first cake I tried I didn't change the baking time or temperature and it came out easily and nicely, but the inner circle was very light. When I cut the cake, it looked undercooked in the middle out. The second time I lowered the temperature and increased the bake time, left for 30 minutes and checked frequently after that. After about 2 hours and 40 minutes (I started at 1.5 hours) the sides and bottom were too dark (even after foiling) and the center was still light. The cake still came out easily and didn't see the inside half-baked, but I'm still not sure about the quality.
