I accidentally adjust a vertebra with it, which causes me problems when I sleep on a hotel mattress that is not comfortable enough. I was sick of going to the chiropractor for $50 for the same as what I'm getting from this device and thought I'd give it a try. My wife has hit me with it about 10 times and I feel the same relief as a chiropractor would.
