Pros: Super effective product, natural ingredient (coal tar), no creepy or overpowering odor, and it just WORKS on an itchy, flaky scalp. My husband has neurodermatitis and generally very dry skin and scalp. He has tried so many hydrocortisone and related products over the years and this is the first one that has worked. The Bad: Neutrogena isn't effective, but coal tar is. So if you find an unbranded product cheaper, please do so. It's a SMALL bottle and honestly won't get you very far. We found the same product in a regular store for the same price but double the price and it worked just as well.
