Having had some time to get to know Balteus Qi, I can honestly say that it took a little getting used to. If you are used to the feel of a traditional mouse pad, it will surprise you as it is durable. Surprisingly, I found this fairly easy to get used to (thought it would be a breach of terms and conditions on first use). Qi wireless charging is powered by a connector on the mouse pad (micro USB) that you need to run. supplied cable from the mouse pad to the USB socket. The main connector has two USB ports, one for RGB on the panel itself and the other for a 'pass-through' USB port on the panel itself to which an accessory can be connected. Download Armory software from ASUS website. , make sure you have the latest software and you're done, it's that simple, then you can start RGB adjustment. As for wireless charging, if charging doesn't work / doesn't work right away, don't blame the panel itself. Many factors come into play here (the most important one is obvious: does your phone support Qi wireless charging?) Does your phone have a thick body? WHERE is the charging coil located in the phone? (This is very important because if you don't put your phone in the right place, it won't charge or it won't charge. It's not the tablet's fault, the charging area is clearly marked on the tablet. ) I suggest Watch a YouTube video of disassembling your phone to see where the wireless coil is so you can avoid wireless charging issues. Works great, I like it overall. The ASUS ROG brand is premium and you get what you pay for.
