I have two German Rottweilers. My male weighs about 115 pounds. while my wife weighs just under 100 pounds. They have thick necks and are very strong. It fits my husband's neck but will be a bit big for my wife. I got this for my husband so I didn't care. She already has one. I will say if you have strong dogs or search and rescue dogs or anything like that this is what you need. It's thick and really well made. They have a D ring for your leash but at the same time there is a handle so you have more control which is great for exercising and keeping them close by. The clasp is metal, not plastic. This is the best type of collar for what I do with my dogs and for their size. All I can say is get one and you will see the difference. I definitely recommend it.
