We have been using this software since it was first released in 1999, as an inventory system of sorts but with added features such as costing. I like that it is very intuitive to use once you learn how everything works and most importantly understand what each button does! The one thing we dislike is having two separate programs when doing business invoicing which can be cumbersome at times; however they are working hard to address those problems by integrating their products so hopefully soon there will only be 1 program used across both accounts receivable/payable transactions where ever possible!! They do seem to respond quickly to any issues or questions regarding updates etcetera if needed - we've never had anything go wrong that required contacting support directly though. As mentioned from above- our main issue has always been accounting differences between 2 different companies within same organisation. By combining these functions into just1 integrated ERP platform its made life much easier for us all together!! I like that it is very easy to use, has many features, can be customized easily as needed. It also works well with other softwares such as Quickbooks as an accounting software. The customer service could improve but they are always willing to help you out when ever possible which makes me feel comfortable using this product! We have been able to track our inventory in real time so we know where everything is at all times.
