This scale is very good! It is very thin so it is easy to store away after use. It doesn't take up much space at all. But it's not so small that you can't put a large bowl on it. The display is nice, bold and easy to read. It has multiple units of measurement: grams, ounces, pounds, kilograms, ml, and possibly more. I also like the large capacity of this scale - 33 lbs! Most kitchen scales don't lift that high. It comes with a blue slide on the dial. I would recommend taking it off before putting the batteries in as it was a bit difficult. Also, the batteries are pre-installed, but you need to remove the plastic from the batteries for them to work. Overall this is a good scale and a great addition to the kitchen!
