This CD/DVD player is designed to be plug and play. Well I plugged it in and it didn't play. There shouldn't be anything complicated about it, either it works or it doesn't. I contacted the manufacturer who thankfully responded to me immediately, even on Saturday. They gave me a long list of suggestions to try to get it working. One of their suggestions was to temporarily disable my antivirus and firewall. E. no. It was a huge red flag for me. I'll admit I'm not very savvy when it comes to troubleshooting, but for something that's supposed to be plug and play, it's too much for me to mess around with and waste time on. I found it interesting that the little "instructions" that came in the box on the back mentioned that this might not work and we apologize for the inconvenience. What does that tell you? The company seems very friendly, but I still have a device that I can't use. Revised Review: The day after I wrote the review above, it finally recognized this driver and loaded two games after trying for half a day. However, I'm not at all sure if it will work next time I use it, and I'm still considering returning it for another brand.
