Quirky, Solid, Sounds Great
cell phones do most of the calling around my house these days, but I still like plugging "old school" phones into the wall at home. I've had a Crosley desk phone for years and it still works perfectly, so I decided to use this Princess model as a nice vintage touch in my spare room. Telephones in the old days! The dial is purely for show, of course, and the small buttons are the only component that feels a bit cheap. My only highlight is that the handset cable isn't detachable (usually this cable has to be snapped in at both ends with a modular plug); That means you can't replace it with a very long, twisted-pair cable.
