Very lightweight and Great Comfort
I use these in my cycling shoes and they work great to provide cushion and support. They last roughly 17 months before they begin to fall apart. This is with about every other day of usage for several hours. I wear a men's size 10-1/2 shoe and had to trim just a bit around the toe area to fit perfectly in my shoes. Cutting the foam is easy, just do it slowly so that you don't trim off too much. You can find insoles that last much longer but I do not mind replacing mine every 1-1/2 years because they work so well.
