AWESOME! I can wear NORMAL SHOES AGAIN!

I have never found an insert that actually worked well enough to say my feet 'didn't hurt'- NOW I HAVE! They do take up a decent amount of space in the shoe, so ones that aren't very deep will likely not be able to accommodate them and your feet. I actually measured my shoes: I have 'thick' feet and my shoes that were only 2.5" deep (or less) will not work, 3" or more were perfect (measured without any insole). These take up about 1/2" of insole space, I could put my shoe's original

Pros
  • Fit my work boots perfect. I would order again. Just keep reasonable price.
Cons
  • Somewhat of a relief

saved my work boots from the trash bin

I was originally looking for some new boots but couldn't seem to find a pair that wouldn't hurt my feet(I work over 12 hours per day on my feet as a diesel tech)my year old boots were starting to make my feet hurt real bad, almost to the point that I was going to see a doctor(my left foot was popping and in serious pain). Before I decided to see a doctor I was reading some reviews on the internet about some of these insoles garanteed for a year and were the best that any body had bought (I…

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with flat feet

Pain relief! Hallelujah! (smile)

These are not the orthopedic soles you find at the local pharmacy. My podiatrist recommended and I ordered the same day. Sent her a thank you note and did not need to return for a follow-up visit. Amazing relief and now I am recommending to everyone I know with "feet" issues/pain.

Pros
  • unisex-adult
Cons
  • May not last as long as expected

10000 steps to the end of the day

My first try with these came with a pair of work boots, 2 new pairs of boots later, and switching them to the new boots, I decided to treat myself with a new pair, and put the old ones in my lawn mowing shoes. Very comfortable, on my feet 12 hours and 10k to 20k steps a day, and at 61, I keep going

Pros
  • Made with high-quality materials that are durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Could cause the shoe to emit an unpleasant odor

Very lightweight and Great Comfort

I use these in my cycling shoes and they work great to provide cushion and support. They last roughly 17 months before they begin to fall apart. This is with about every other day of usage for several hours. I wear a men's size 10-1/2 shoe and had to trim just a bit around the toe area to fit perfectly in my shoes. Cutting the foam is easy, just do it slowly so that you don't trim off too much. You can find insoles that last much longer but I do not mind replacing mine every 1-1/2 years because

Pros
  • Reduces the risk of injuries during high-impact activities
Cons
  • Could cause the foot to cramp or feel fatigued

I long for the early 1990's Spenco.

The Army gave me two pair of Spenco insoles in 1989. They were the greatest things that ever touched my feet. My feet refused to hurt because i wore them. They were perfectly formed for your foot and the instep was masterfully curved to hug it, but somewhere in the late 90's (can't remember the year) they changed the design. I couldn't wear them anymore because the instep design was horrible. I didn't buy anymore until last week. I wore them a couple of days this week and they seem better than…

Pros
  • Technical Topcloth.
Cons
  • Could cause blisters or rubbing in some shoes

My Feet Are Now Singing!

Reviews are just opinions, and feet, as you know, come in slightly different shapes as well as sizes. It may be helpful to keep that in mind as you read these reviews.I desperately needed a better pair of insoles because, as a middle/high school language arts teacher and an event photographer, I spend a LOT of time standing and walking on concrete floors. Additionally, I'm constantly being challenged by my Fitbit friends to daily and weekend contests -- plus my living space has been constructed

Pros
  • SpenCore Material Heel and SBR Forefoot Pad.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all foot shapes

Fabulous inserts: my feedback

The best inserts to use in your shoes if you have any type of foot pain. Suffering from the pain and discomfort of a Morton's neuroma makes using these inserts a no brainer. Recommended by my doctor and he is spot on. BeWorking on my feet all day, I need all the support and comfort I can get from my shoes and these help make the end of my day alot less painful.

Pros
  • Ergonomic design to support your arch and heel
Cons
  • May cause the shoe to wear out more quickly

Wouldn't use anything else.

They sure don't look fancy or helpful but THEY ARE! I've had a pair of these insoles for over 15 years and they've held up until NOW. So, I bought a new pair of insoles (kept the old ones for my older sneakers) They've kept their form and everything. Over the years I've have jobs where I walk MILES a day and stand for over 12 hours a day and my feet felt NO pain what-so-ever. And I am a hefty person so they've definitely kept up with me. They aren't bulky so they don't take up much room in…

Pros
  • Spenco Medical
Cons
  • May not provide enough shock absorption for high-impact activities
