Includes a flat mount. Turned off the PCI slot. This card allows you to use eSATA on older computers, but only on Windows with the VIA RAID drivers provided on a small CD. I use it to back up my disk with image for windows to an external drive. It takes 15 minutes. If I need to restore a disk I will not use this card - I will plug the disk with the backup into a free SATA port for the BIOS to see and BootItBM, which boots from USB, will use the backup to do that restore drive. If your computer isn't old or slow, buy something else.
