Perfect for Pork Shoulder Injection
I wanted something to inject pork shoulder before smoking meat. It works very well and is easy to use. The only very minor downside is that if my cut of meat is tough, the fluid pressure in the nozzle can build up a bit and overflow the o-ring and leak out. So it's not necessarily the injector's fault. I would buy again.
