I bought this roasting pan because I wanted more space in the oven for the holidays. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the value of this product. The only condition I can recommend is to monitor the baking time closely as it gets very hot there and therefore cooks quickly. I loved how crispy and brown the turkey's skin turned out when I used it, but I think I overcooked it. It's almost incredibly easy to clean, even with a juice crust on the bottom. Will continue to use it to alleviate the issues I've been having. For the price, this is an incredible brazier and I highly recommend it.
