Fast Easy to Use Roasting Pan

I bought this roasting pan because I wanted more space in the oven for the holidays. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the value of this product. The only condition I can recommend is to monitor the baking time closely as it gets very hot there and therefore cooks quickly. I loved how crispy and brown the turkey's skin turned out when I used it, but I think I overcooked it. It's almost incredibly easy to clean, even with a juice crust on the bottom. Will continue to use it to…

i loved it i hated it

Worked great in the first year. We bought it to cook outside on the patio so we don't have to heat the whole house in the summer. After each use we would bring it back, clean it (easy enough) and put it on the fridge. We haven't used it all winter. Removed a few weeks ago, works fine. nothing today We were just lucky that we bought it a little over a year ago so the warranty has expired. I really liked this thing when it worked. It was only $35 with the promo I had. I am not sure if I will buy…

This is a very good grill

This is a pretty good grill, the only thing is that the inside of the detachable grill discolors after one use. We've followed the instructions and everything else and it doesn't seem to affect the quality of the products or the actual performance of the fryer, it's just annoying. So far he's served us two chickens and a turkey and we're very pleased with his speedy preparation. We have yet to figure out how to get it to brown the meat better, it's a bit tricky. All the brochure says is "lower…

Wonderful Oven: Small Appliances

This was one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. The oven does exactly what it promises and more. I've tried baking cakes and cupcakes in it twice and they came out even juicier when they came out of the oven. I even cooked chicken broth in it and it turned out wonderful. It was best when I cooked ribs in it. They came out wet and fell apart and were just perfect. It takes a while to get used to the heat the oven puts out, but once you get the hang of it, it will be a blessing. I've

This roaster WILL NOT FRIEND YOUR turkey, you need an oven for that!

Since this is my first time making turkey, I did a lot of research. First, DRY SALT is what you need! I was confident the turkey would come out flavorful and moist because every time I dry salted the poultry with great results. The only thing that bothered me was the darkening of the skin. There was a suggestion to preheat this roaster to 450 (no liner) and roast for 30 minutes. I also oiled the turkey skin. After 30 minutes I lowered the temperature to 325 and waited 1 hour. The chest…

Wonderfully helpful! in the kitchen and in the dining room

I love this beast! The instructions said it could hold a 22-pound turkey, so I bought a 22-pound turkey to roast for Thanksgiving. It turned out juicy and delicious. It didn't brown like it would in a regular oven, but since I cut all the meat off the carcass right away, it didn't matter. I also made a large batch of sauce in a built in roaster which worked great. A few days later, having boiled the carcass in the broth, I cooked turkey noodle soup in this brazier, it turned out amazing. Of…

The quality that you will find here is the best in small appliances

I've been desperately trying to lower my electric bill. That helped. I still use the stove top but I will never have to use a full size oven again. I can bake in it with my muffins and muffin tins. I can grill on the included cooking grate (and I bought another grate on sale that fits my upper lip, so I have two grates at once!) I cook bones without the bone broth rack. I make this all the time with bean soups from scratch etc. I really like it. I'm glad I didn't go with a fixed inner pan. This
