I love this beast! The instructions said it could hold a 22-pound turkey, so I bought a 22-pound turkey to roast for Thanksgiving. It turned out juicy and delicious. It didn't brown like it would in a regular oven, but since I cut all the meat off the carcass right away, it didn't matter. I also made a large batch of sauce in a built in roaster which worked great. A few days later, having boiled the carcass in the broth, I cooked turkey noodle soup in this brazier, it turned out amazing. Of course, I cook a large batch at once. Just yesterday we made a giant chilli pan. All of this equipment is lightweight and very easy to clean. One of its best features is that unlike a slow cooker, the temperature can be precisely controlled. The only downside for me is that it's a little bulky to store, but any cooking utensil that holds that much food will be! I was concerned there might be problems due to the extremely low price but so far this roaster has been a great addition to my kitchen!
