The most helpful feature of this product is that it allows you to manage your customer relationships in one place, allowing you to keep track of all aspects of each relationship with customers. There are some functions which could be improved such as the ability to have multiple users access at once. At first I was unsure about how well this would work but after using it for several months now, we've found many ways to improve our business process and increase efficiency through its use. We were able to create more effective communication between employees within the organization by having everything related to a particular account or client right there.
