Scared the hell out of me - I was baking the ribs and the liquid in the pan was drying up so I added more water as usual and the pan crackled! I thought my new frying pan cracked. It banged. I didn't see the crack but I was making a rib roast this afternoon and the fat from the meat dripped onto the bottom of the oven and when I took it out and put it on the slicer the fat ran out. out of the gap and over the whole stovetop. Not very durable! It's too late to send it back - I only bought it in January and it was delivered on January 4th to be exact. What should I do now? Buy another pan?
