The best thing about this software was that it helped me track my customer's journey throughout their buying process from research, interest in product till purchase of products or services by them! This helps us improve our overall sales as well which we use for data analytics purposes later with other tools like Google Analytics etc., There were some minor issues while using such softwares but they are easily fixed once you know how these things work (and there should be proper documentation available). I would recommend everyone who wants an effective tool/software where one can manage all his leads & customers info at ease!! It has increased productivity levels significantly when compared against any similar alternatives out here now days especially if your business involves more than 10+ people working together across different teams within same organization. Also have integrated many 3rd party payment gateways so clients don't need credit card details anymore during checkout. ! We used it mainly just because its free version allows up tp 500.
