Unfortunately, the small selection of products offered by Cosywell did not live up to the lofty expectations I had for the company. Their premium cosmetics and other personal care items are of an excellent quality, however they do not have a very large assortment to choose from. I had hoped that there would be more variety, particularly with regard to the gradations and hues of the colors. Because of this and the fact that their tools and accessories selection is fairly restricted, I discovered that I needed to look elsewhere for some of the things I required. Despite the fact that I admire the eco-friendly approach they take, I believe they could improve their offerings by including additional choices that are environmentally responsible. On the plus side, their internet site is simple to use, and I had no problems completing my purchase without any problems. Despite this, I was irritated by the fact that the shipping was delayed on multiple occasions. In general, I believe that Cosywell has the potential to become an excellent online store; however, they need to increase the number of products they provide and improve the amount of time it takes to send orders. Unfortunately, Cosywell did not live up to my expectations in terms of the number of options available to me and the speed with which I could receive support.
