Perfect replacement part
It only took a few minutes to remove and replace the motor. It literally sticks into the frame of the vent. Maybe a little louder than the original, but that's not a problem. Works great, will buy more if needed. It was much easier than replacing the entire ventilation system without wiring, cutting or repairing the ceiling.
