You get what you pay for. The basket is durable because it is made of plastic. However, it moves much better if you can secure it with a loose clasp or buckle. The call is excellent and works well. The Windmill of the Heart is fragile, and the attachment to it should be more durable as well. The wheels don't fit one of my daughter's bikes, but they do fit the other. They don't make any noise, as I remember from my childhood.
