These bands are amazing. You can install them on your watch with quick release screws or regular screws. Very impressive! Of course, this makes fitting the cam a little more difficult than usual as the cam pin can slip out. My advice: keep your watch upright so the quick release pin doesn't slip out. The strap is very comfortable. Even though it's metal, it doesn't feel too heavy. And the magnetic clasp is very strong, so you won't feel your watch coming off. However, if you hang the band on something it will likely come loose, but it won't be so abrupt that you don't realize what's going on, and I don't think you risk losing your connection. Watch. In the box you get everything you need. Two straps, lots of quick release pins, slow release tools and pins and everything you need to apply screen protectors which were also included. I wasn't planning on using a screen protector but I got one. so i decided to give it a try. Wipe the screen first with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth. If there is dust on the watch screen, use the provided dust collector. Then attach the supplied guide stickers to the top of the protective film (opposite "Back"). Peel off the backing sticker exposing the adhesive and using the attached guides position it as desired on the watch display and then gently press until all the adhesive is activated. No air bubbles. If you get one, use the corner of a credit card to try and slide the bubble to the nearest edge. These beautiful watch straps are not only beautiful, they are also an incredible value. I'm glad I bought them and I think you are too.
