Review on Radio Flyer Deluxe Steer Stroll by Shawn Xayamonty

***UPDATED*** RadioFlyer got in touch and it was their customer service that made me decide on my stars. They replaced and sent a few parts that were damaged or didn't work the first time and I was able to set up my son's tricycle properly. While I still feel that assembling the trike wasn't easy (I will probably never do it again), RadioFlyer's customer service is probably some of the best I've encountered and I would recommend their products (if... ready to assemble!). of this. *** OLD *** I know I shouldn't give the actual product a star based on my build experience. But honestly, I've never been so frustrated with building something. It might just be me, but this trike was really hard to put together. Also, you have to be very careful while looking at the instructions on the pictures because attaching the wheels is not very intuitive. I didn't realize I was putting the wheels outside in until I nailed the end cap to the bar holding the wheels together (which in itself wasn't an easy task). pounded back, a piece of the inside of the tire fell out without my knowledge. Now the wheel is wobbly because the inner part of the tire is missing and I don't have an extra cover to redo the wheels again (the first cover was damaged when removing it). Also - I thought it was just me, but the nut doesn't thread all the way onto the bolt. After trying to tighten the chair for about 40 minutes, I took out the nut and bolt and tried to screw them in to see if it was the angle I was tightening it at or if it was a real nut and screw was. It turns out I can't dress the nut any higher than the attached photo. Needless to say, the chair wobbles a lot. Because the wheel and seat are so wobbly I don't think this trike is safe enough for my boy. I'm so confused by all of this. While assembly may be user error, I believe I expected more from a brand like RadioFlyer.
