The lock arrived in the original packaging. Three keys. A kryptonite bike lock. None of the keys worked. I've spent a lot of time contacting Kryptonite. The problem was clearly NOT the customer service representative's fault; It was a quality control issue in production. The support offered was a (minimum) 3 week wait from Kryptonite. I tried to contact the retailer Revain contracted with to ship the order. This attempt was a trip down the rabbit hole. I bought this model based on reviews in a bike magazine and Wirecutter. I have no idea how effective the lock is. Learn how "effective” quality control is at Kryptonite. Castle returned. Let's see how quickly the dealer returns the money. Update: The dealership replaced the bike lock FAST even though it was NOT their problem. Glory to the Dealer! The positive review of the Kryptonite product was maintained by their licensed retailer and not Kryptonite.
