Review on KC HiLiTES 151 Apollo Driving by Dustin Woodrow

Installed a couple of these rims on a 2.5" RealWheels Pre-Runner on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. This was the first time I had headlights on a Jeep customized so it took me 4-5 hours from start to finish.In addition to the parts included in the KC box I had to purchase many more zip ties as well as a 3/4" drill bit (to drill a hole in the cab, to install the rocker switch). Installing the relay was also a problem as the wires weren't long enough to reach the back of the motor on the passenger side. To route the wires from the motor to the cab I used the hole up the back of the driver's side of the engine bay. It's round (about 3/4" diameter) and covered with a rubber protector. If you pull wires through, they come out neatly in the cockpit above the brake pedal. Tie all the wires together in the cockpit and install the switch..care needs to be taken as there is a white wire going to the switch which also has a feedback to the battery positive (so only two wires going to the battery positive and one to connected to the negative pole)., the brown ground wire comes from the rocker switch, which I connected to the existing ground in the cab (next to the driver's door). Overall I'm happy with the purchase, the headlights work great. For that first timer, YouTube videos helped a lot.
