A little difficult to remove the locking mechanism. I was expecting a simple one key unlock and was wondering if the correct key was sent with the device. Turns out he was stiff the first 2-3 times and needed extra muscle. I am very happy with the fit, rubber washers to prevent rattling, weather protection in the latch area and I find it a sufficient deterrent to hitch theft. I'm glad he exists.
