Cheap Quiet Fans on Computer Components
I ordered these fans to replace the noisy fans on two 10GB ethernet cards. I have to use plastic cable ties to put the fan on the sink. It doesn't quite fit, but it's functional. The result is good, only slightly louder than computer case fans.
