I was looking for something simple and relatively cheap to store my gaming consoles in the office/playroom/corner. The assembly was very easy and quick (less than 20 minutes), but I had a lot of experience building products with my own hands. The holes have been drilled and fitted with metal clamps, making it easier to tighten the cams. The product is surprisingly durable! It is a pressed material with wood veneer. Looks way better than I expected! Some people have complained that they can see through the plastic doors. The doors I received with the espresso version were all black. The cuddly toy is intended to make it clear that the doors are not transparent. There are two large pre-punched holes on the back that are approximately 1.5" to 2" in size, one for each chassis. They are designed for cable management but I would recommend placing any electronics in this enclosed space as they can overheat very quickly! In the end, I'm glad I took part!
