This product works great if you figure out a few things first. It's pretty easy to put together and seems like a good design. You must follow the programming instructions. First you set the clock, then go through and set up up to three feedings per day with a specific amount of food for each feeding. You will need to go through the calibration portion of the process to measure how much feed is being dispensed at level 10 and then adjust the feed amount up or down based on your specific fish count and pond size. We have three koi and have adjusted our initial estimates because we found a lot of uneaten food in the pond.
